On Wednesday March 24, 2010 at 2pm the San Diego City Committee on Land Use and Housing will take up the report from the San Diego Medical Marijuana Task Force (MMTF) as an Action Item.
The committee will be discussing the MMTF Zoning Recommendations and will consider the input of the Community Planning Groups in deciding on what to recommend to the San Diego City Council.

Dear City Council Member,

Thank you for the hard work with regards to medical marijuana regulations in the City of San Diego. On Wednesday March 24, 2010, the Land Use and Housing Committee which you sit on, will be taking up the issue of Medical Marijuana Recommendations. There are many thousands of patients in San Diego who are looking to you for help in protecting and ensuring safe access in San Diego. The recommendations of the San Diego Medical Marijuana Task Force are based on input from the entire San Diego Community and are in line with what patients need.

A moratorium, a ban, or any action limiting patients rights will only serve to delay and complicate the adoption of safe and reliable regulations. Please vote to adopt the recommendations of the Medical Marijuana Task Force as they are.

Respectfully,
Your Constituent

Send an email and let the Land Use and Housing Committee know that San Diegans want safe, reliable access, to the medicine that helps so many. Urge the committee to vote on recommending the San Diego City Council adopt the MMTF Regulations.
